This was due to the the shuttle service car driver forgot to bring with him of his ID so was unable to got into my gated community to take me, and I had to order a Uber myself to come to pick up my car. Jed did all he could but this was not under his control. I am thankful that he waited that long so I could have my car back that day and be able to use it for my need that evening and the next day.”
