What their customers say
Quotes from people at Steve Faulkner Ford's customers.
“Great service! Would recommend to anyone!!!”
“Dameon (service mgr) takes care of everything for me. I don’t have to worry about a thing.”
“Great experience getting our new 2025 Ford F150 serviced in Chanute. We purchased it elsewhere and live in another city and have been working with a closer dealership since May to get the recalls and GPS fixed to no avail. Now with just over 3000 miles on our truck we met Scott Ewen of Faulkner Ford who put us in touch with Damien the Service manager at Steve Faulkner Ford and within 48 hours of looking at the truck, the parts were ordered and now everything is fixed and working as it should. I'm just sorry it took us nearly 4 months to find you. We'll be back.”
