Drive up access is incredible, you don't have to deal with anyone or wait for random opening hours. Jeremy was super helpful anytime I had any questions. Very easy app to be able to open the gates and padlock, so you don't have to worry about losing the keys to the lock up unit. If I was ever to need storage again, I would definitely be back. I think that’s sneaky. It would have been better to have a set price for delivery/pick up and return - that way people know what they will pay up front”
