“Best massage I’ve ever gotten! She got all the knots out and I was really impressed with the amount of pressure she used. It wasn’t too soft, just right. This has always been my issue with getting massages. That being said I think I have found my place to go for massages.”

Went with her suggestion for a long lasting polish and ONE WEEK later– they are STILL perfect. Seriously– gel quality but with regular polish. WOW! “Tried Vida Spa when I moved to the neighborhood. As I’m aging I am looking to look and feel my best so I came for a facial, manicure and pedicure. I was very impressed with the atmosphere of the spa. The woman who did my facial was very knowledgeable in aging skin and made personal suggestions for me which I appreciated. Worth the money.”

“Oh my goodness, we had a great time! Despite COVID-19, we saw no other guests and it was easy to ensure social distancing and still relax in a quiet and peaceful environment. I had Haruka take care of me and she was fantastic, so sweet and kind, allowed me to relax but also had a nice chat with her. Very personable and skilled at her work. Love my nails and I feel so relaxed!! I’d definitely be back and ask for Haruka again!!”

“I had a facial at the Sutton Place location on Saturday March 11th, 2017 and I have to say that the experience was beyond amazing and more than I could have hoped for. I received the 90min hydration facial, and it’s true, once you have a 90min treatment you will NEVER go back to a 60min service. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and the front desk staff of the spa are so friendly and warm. It is a nice change going into the tranquil feel of the spa coming from the busy atmosphere outside and within the hotel.”

“I got a facial with Natsuko and she was amazing. This is the best facial I had. She compliments the facial with a massage (a real one) on your face, scalp, neck and shoulders. She is very knowledgeable about skin. I enjoyed my facial very much and my skin looks amazing.”

“I love going to this spa for massages and facials. This spa is not only the cleanest but the staff are wonderful and caring. Best facials I’ve ever had and I’ve had in Asia and Mexico at high end hotel spas and for the price it’s very comparable to other spas in downtown Vancouver. They use the best products and I’ve never had an issue with a reaction but everyone skin is different. You can’t compare with the states where their dollar is stronger. The massages and steam room is great too. And I’m not alone all my guests come back with great reviews as well.”
