Co říkají jejich zákazníci
Citace lidí od zákazníků společnosti Ambient Edge.
““Technicians Kevin Jackson and Dillon Harris from Ambient Edge came out 10/29/24 to remove old A/C unit and install a new A/C heat pump. Also replace some of the air ducts and install a new thermostat. They had to bring in a crane to get the the new A/C unit to the back of the home. But all went well, Kevin & Dillon got the job done and made sure all was working before they left. They also did great job cleaning up, thanks Kevin and Dillon.””
““The tune up needed was done in a very timely manner, leaving the area around our system exactly as he found it. The technician also provided background information, including cost estimates, regarding a few things we could do as preventative care for our system to prevent a possible larger issue down the line should there be a part failure of sorts. Fantastic timely work, great customer service, and very knowledgeable technicians lend to confidence in the company, I know we will be return customers.””
““Kyle Evans and Derek Owens were awesome and even gave my dog attention who was so happy to see them! They explained everything thoroughly and were very professional. Ambient Edge is great and I love the VIP package I have as well! Thanks again!””
““Fantastic service, Ambient Edge is lucky to have Brandon as a technician. He explained everything thoroughly and was very professional. He talked with us after the job was complete and made sure we were happy with the results before he left.””
““I have had excellent service from this company on both occasions I’ve needed them. Once for Plumbing and this time for HVAC. appointment scheduling was very fast., and all communication was excellent, explaining all necessary issues and reasoning behind each and every step. Gave multiple options for correcting issues. Very happy to know they are just a phone call away anytime I need them and especially happy to be a part of the “ premium customer” program.””

““Nick Scott and his team are “EXCEPTIONAL”. They are very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, patient with answering all of my many questions. Nick even saved me lots of “BIG” bucks be offering me the VIP CLUB BENEFITS program, which I accepted. Thank you for having such a valuable employee and his team.
