Description
The Store Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting and maintaining store equipment and infrastructure, coordinating third-party maintenance, monitoring preventive maintenance of elevators, generators, UPS units, CCTV, and kitchen equipment, and supporting fire prevention and safety programs. The role requires technical training in electrical maintenance, building construction, mechanics, or a related field, knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, and experience in retail or wholesale maintenance, electrical and plumbing diagrams, and technical and safety standards.
