Blanton Turner

“With moving into a brand new apartment building small things/items can pop up from time to time and when they do the best case scenario is that they’re fixed quick and done so with good communication. Well that’s been just the case here, there have been a few things to come up but management has consistently and clearly communicated the plan of action to correct any inconveniences. The overall experience with Theo management team & the apartment itself has been pretty fantastic and I would have to recommend the community to anyone considering.”

“I want to feel like I’m valued and I want to be respected as an individual. Blanton Turner does just that. Through meeting my colleagues from different properties, every team is different and has their own host of colorful, unique personalities. A Blanton Turner social functions is where you get the full impact of that perspective. Everyone in one place at the same time is always a blast!”

“We love 10 Clay apartments being tucked in closer to the water, away from major businesses and foot traffic which makes it a very cozy and safe place to be, while still being a walkable distance to Pike Place and downtown. There is a yoga studio, convenience store, coffee shop, several pubs and the Olympic Park all less than 5 min walk from the building. Alex and Jerahmiah do a fantastic job to keep this building running smoothly. Communication is great and they have very warm and approachable personalities.”

“Good fortune and a relationship through IREM® led us to Blanton Turner in 2014 for the management of our premier grocery-anchored shopping center in Redmond, WA.  Although we self-manage over 60 shopping centers throughout the Intermountain West, we have been thrilled with the dedication, creativity and level of service we receive from the BT team.”

“Not only are the units and building itself beautiful, but Ritchie in management has an amazing energy and spirit. He’s very helpful, organized and personable! He was supportive and quick to respond to all of the questions we had over time while we made our decision. I think I was almost just as sold on the prospect of seeing Ritchie everyday as I was on living in the beautiful apt unit!”
