“From day one I had real ownership, and it grew as I did. A year in, I've gone from finance fundamentals to shaping our budgeting and forecasting and building AI tools that touch the wider business. Coming from a big corporate, the speed still surprises me: if people believe in something, we just go for it.”

“I love working at the interface of science, technology, and greenhouse growing, using my plant knowledge and love for data to make the world a little better. What sets Source apart for me is the people and the supportive culture, which lets me do impactful work while balancing my personal and family life.”

“What stood out is how well everyone works together, one team with one goal, and no matter your role, they genuinely want your thoughts. What surprised me most was how easy it was to get to know people, even before day one. It already felt natural to be part of Source, like I'd found my place.”

“What I enjoy about Source is the drive of the whole team. I've yet to find someone who isn't giving it their all, everyone is dedicated, ambitious, and a true believer. What makes Source different for me is that they almost force my voice: when I make a decision, they genuinely want to understand my thinking, and then they back me. Who I am and how I work is front of mind for the team. I've never had that before.”

“At Source I get to work on the coolest datasets around, especially for a biology-lover. It's satisfying to see what we build used every day across greenhouses. The problems get complex, but I solve them with a team that has each other's backs. I used to think nothing beat university for real friends. Source proved me wrong.”
