“When my husband came out of hospital I was told he would need a care worker. One was found for us; when they started they came at all different times and a different one each day. Our daughter rang the hospital and told them what was happening and then we had Caremark. Everything was so much better and their name ‘Care’ suits all of their staff. We see the same CSW unless she is off and the ones we have seen then have been on time and very good.”
