Montaplast is hiring an Apprenticeship Trainer to guide and support apprentices and skilled professionals, develop training concepts, prepare candidates for APT 1 and APT 2 exams, teach control and regulation technology, evaluate software updates, and represent the company in talent-acquisition projects. The role requires mechatronics or electronics training, instructor qualification, PLC and automation knowledge, experience in electronics and control engineering, and experience measuring, testing, and commissioning electrical machines and systems.
