Why It Matters
Members share personal details with your team. Limiting each person to the files they need keeps that information private and your team focused.
Who Sees What
- Owner, Admin, Manager and Program Director: every member in your organization.
- Career Counselor, Student Coordinator and Instructor: only the members assigned to them.
- Case Manager, Career Coach and Program Coordinator (outplacement organizations): only the members assigned to them.
- Members: only their own information.
How to Change What Someone Can See
A person's role controls what they see. To give someone a wider view, give them a role like Manager. To pass a case to a colleague, transfer the member to them.

No. They see only their own caseload. Someone with a role like Manager can see everyone.
Who controls roles?
Your organization's admins. Remove access promptly when someone leaves your team.
Can I see who looked at a member's file?
