““Technicians Kevin Jackson and Dillon Harris from Ambient Edge came out 10/29/24 to remove old A/C unit and install a new A/C heat pump. Also replace some of the air ducts and install a new thermostat. They had to bring in a crane to get the the new A/C unit to the back of the home. But all went well, Kevin & Dillon got the job done and made sure all was working before they left. They also did great job cleaning up, thanks Kevin and Dillon.””

The technician also provided background information, including cost estimates, regarding a few things we could do as preventative care for our system to prevent a possible larger issue down the line should there be a part failure of sorts.
