ALTEN México is hiring a Junior Lighting Tester to conduct automotive lighting system tests, develop and document test plans and results, report defects, collaborate with development and engineering teams, and support testing-process improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, basic lighting-system and testing-methodology knowledge, familiarity with testing tools and software, analytical and problem-solving skills, English and Spanish communication skills, teamwork, and willingness to learn new technologies.
