Description
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager and assumes full responsibility for store operations when the Store Manager is absent. The role covers brand standards, customer experience, sales and KPI performance, associate hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, inventory, payroll, omni-channel fulfillment, safety, loss prevention, and compliance. A high school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older, scheduling availability, and the ability to lead or support a team are required; retail sales/customer service and prior management experience are preferred, while a cosmetology license is desirable but not required.
