Description
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager and assumes full responsibility for store operations when the Store Manager is absent. The role covers brand standards, customer experience, sales and KPI performance, associate hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, inventory, payroll, omni-channel fulfillment, safety, loss prevention, and compliance. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, must be at least 18, and preferably have at least three years of retail sales or customer service experience and one year of prior management experience; a cosmetology license is desirable but not required.
