Description
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager and assumes full responsibility for store operations when the Store Manager is absent. The role covers customer experience, sales and KPI performance, associate hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, inventory, payroll, store procedures, safety, loss prevention, and compliance. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older, and preferably at least three years of retail sales or customer service experience and one year of prior management experience; a cosmetology license is desirable but not required.
