Voxidea is hiring a fully remote Case Manager specializing in Personal Injury and Immigration Law cases for U.S.-based law firms. The role manages client onboarding and communications, monitors medical treatment and case requirements, tracks case progress and deadlines, coordinates with medical providers, insurance companies, government agencies, and USCIS, and prepares MedPay demands. Candidates need at least one year of law-firm experience focused on Personal Injury and Immigration cases, knowledge of U.S. legal procedures, strong English communication skills at C1 or higher, organization and time-management abilities, discretion with confidential information, and preferably a Bachelor’s degree in law. The position is remote for professionals permanently residing in Latin America and includes paid time off, wellness support, coaching, and learning access.
