CosmoProf Canada is hiring a Store Manager to lead a salon team, manage customer experience, oversee store operations, meet sales goals, control expenses and inventory, ensure safety and security, and develop associates. The role requires at least three years of customer service or retail sales experience, one year of sales management experience, and prior operational, financial, and performance management experience; a cosmetology license is a plus.
