Mains’l Services is hiring entry-level 1:1 Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized, person-centered support to one individual in homes and community settings across the West Metro, Minnesota area. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, skill-building, behavioral supports, errands, appointments, transportation, household safety, budgeting, routines, advocacy, and daily documentation. Paid training is provided and prior experience is not required. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling at $17.00–$20.00 per hour.
