VIP Vitalisten BoDo is hiring a permanent 1:1 out-of-hospital intensive-care nursing specialist to care for permanent clients in established care teams. The role includes ventilator care, structured onboarding and training, digital documentation, team support including night shifts, and fixed teams with 3–4 clients on rotation. Applicants need nursing specialist qualification, a class B driver’s license, a car, reliability, responsibility, independence, and interest in digital working. The position offers €4,300–€4,600 gross per month plus allowances, five preferred guaranteed days off per month, and continuing education.
