VIP Vitalisten BoDo is hiring a permanent 1:1 out-of-hospital intensive-care nursing specialist to provide continuous care to established clients in fixed teams. The role includes structured onboarding and ventilation-care training, digital documentation, night-duty support, and professional development. Applicants must hold a nursing specialist qualification, a class B driver’s license, and their own car, and should be reliable, independent, and interested in digital working methods. Compensation is €4,300–€4,600 gross per month plus allowances, with five guaranteed days of requested time off per month.
