Description
Renesas is recruiting multiple Process Engineers for its Kofu semiconductor manufacturing facility. The two roles are a Thermal Processing Process Engineer responsible for 300mm wafer thermal diffusion, oxidation, and LPCVD mass-production process development, yield and quality improvement, cost reduction, and equipment introduction; and a Cleaning and Wet Etching Process Engineer responsible for 300mm wafer cleaning and wet-etching mass-production process development, yield and quality improvement, cost reduction, and equipment introduction. Both roles require at least three years of relevant experience, a four-year university or graduate degree in engineering, chemistry, or physics, semiconductor knowledge, business-level Japanese, and basic PC skills; English and additional semiconductor, chemical, or safety qualifications are preferred.
