Prince Waikiki is hiring a 100 Sails Utility Steward in Oahu's hospitality environment. The role performs kitchen and banquet-area cleaning, dishwashing, silverware polishing, waste removal, food and supply transport, buffet setup and breakdown, inventory assistance, and equipment reporting. It requires working variable shifts, standing and walking for nearly the entire shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling more than 75 pounds on wheels, verbal communication, following instructions, and a Department of Health TB Clearance; a Food Safety Certificate is preferred. The position is generally scheduled up to five eight-hour shifts with two days off, with possible overtime.
