Description
Tacheny Exteriors is seeking established independent gutter installation subcontractor crews to partner on residential exterior remodeling projects in the St. Paul area. The subcontractors will install and repair gutters, downspouts, and related components, install roof and gutter heat-tape or de-icing cable systems, coordinate scheduling and job-site logistics, and complete work under signed contracts or bids. The role requires independent business status, own tools and equipment, required licenses and insurance, at least three years of gutter installation or exterior remodeling experience, heat-tape installation experience, blueprint-reading ability, and the ability to work at heights and in varied weather. Compensation is competitive per-job or bid pricing.
