The 1099 Installer will install home remodeling products according to Mad City Windows standards, apply finish work, communicate with management and homeowners, complete job checklists, and authorize final payments. The role requires three years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens, an established LLC or business, workers' compensation and liability insurance, and strong communication and customer service skills.
