Mad City Windows is hiring a 1099 Window Installer to install home remodeling products, apply finish work, communicate with management and homeowners, complete job checklists, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires three years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, knowledge of residential replacement windows and related installation techniques, an established LLC or business with EIN, general liability and workers' compensation insurance, and a vehicle capable of pulling a trailer. Compensation is up to $300,000 annually, with year-round work, paid training, bonuses, weekly direct deposits, and a flexible schedule.
