Mad City Windows is hiring a 1099 Installer to install home remodeling products, apply finish work, communicate with management and homeowners, complete job checklists, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires three years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens, an established LLC or business, workers' compensation and liability insurance, and strong communication and customer service skills. Compensation is up to $300,000 annually, with year-round work, paid training, bonuses, weekly direct deposits, and a flexible schedule.
