Description
The 10th Grade Scholars Advisor will join the founding program team of the SEO Scholars Miami expansion site. This full-time, hybrid position involves managing the advisement and performance of a cohort of 60-70 public high school sophomores. Responsibilities include facilitating group sessions, leading workshops, conducting class observations, and providing individualized advising to help scholars develop academically and socioemotionally. The advisor will also assist in program development, coordinate hybrid programming, monitor scholar performance, and collaborate with national teams.
