Description
The PT Assistant Manager executes store operations, merchandising, sales, customer service, and associate supervision during assigned shifts and serves as manager-on-duty when the Store Manager and Full Time Assistant Manager are unavailable. The role includes driving sales, managing merchandise and inventory, executing displays, supporting events and marketing initiatives, maintaining store standards, and communicating with store leadership. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of prior retail experience, retail math and POS skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and late evenings.
