Description
Schlag Immobilien is hiring a 12-month trainee for its property-management business. The role involves coordinating across property management, accounting, contract management, and claims management; supporting project management; acting as an interface between specialist departments; and potentially managing an individual real estate portfolio. Candidates should have completed commercial training, preferably in real estate, and demonstrate independence, responsibility, structure, and confidence. The position is planned for 40 hours per week with flexible allocation within core working hours of 07:30–16:30, Monday to Friday, and includes support for property-manager certification.
