Arcadis is hiring a paid Mechanical Engineer for its Water team on a 10–12-week internship or 12-month placement. The role involves designing and improving mechanical systems for water and wastewater infrastructure, including treatment facilities, pumping stations, advanced process technologies, low-carbon solutions, and digital engineering initiatives. Candidates should be working toward a relevant degree, have mechanical engineering or similar content, and demonstrate analytical, communication, teamwork, and stakeholder-influence skills. The programme includes signposted training and exposure to real projects and clients, with travel and possible virtual working required.
