Description
The Warehouse Supervisor supervises Package Handlers and leads workgroups responsible for safety, production, attendance, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, and cooperation. The role manages department resources, enforces OSHA and safety requirements, supports employee development and training, and maintains a positive team environment. It requires flexible shift availability, physical ability to lift 70 pounds, communication skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse; a bachelor's degree or international equivalent and management experience are preferred. The position is permanent and pays $26.25 to $42.65 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
