Description
The PT Assistant Manager executes operational, merchandising, and managerial functions during an assigned store shift, serving as manager-on-duty when the Store Manager and Full Time Assistant Manager are absent. The role drives sales, manages merchandise and inventory, supports scheduling and events, provides customer service, maintains store standards, and supervises Sales Associates. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of prior retail experience, retail math and POS skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and late evenings.
