Nortal is hiring a Staff DevOps Engineer to lead the evolution and scaling of the cloud platform behind IKEA Kreativ, supporting millions of users globally and enabling advanced 3D, AI, and visualization experiences. The role provides hands-on technical leadership across cloud infrastructure and platform engineering, defines architectural standards, owns production-system outcomes, leads cross-team initiatives and technology roadmaps, improves developer experience and operational efficiency, mentors senior engineers, and participates in on-call and incident-response activities. The position is 100% remote for the LATAM team, offers a competitive USD salary, and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 10+ years of relevant production engineering experience, and extensive expertise in Kubernetes, Linux, CI/CD, GitOps, Python, cloud architecture, and related production systems.
