Description
Sigma Defense is seeking former Surface Warfare Officers or senior enlisted personnel with extensive combat systems and Navy surface warfare training experience to provide subject matter expertise to the Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center. The role supports Surface Warfare Combat Training Continuum development and may focus on Air Warfare, Anti-Surface Warfare, Integrated Air and Missile Defense, or Littoral Combat Ship specialties. Responsibilities include analyzing training data, managing readiness and certification processes, developing process improvements, tracking training issues, leading workshops, and briefing senior Navy leadership. Candidates need relevant Navy operational and training experience, systems engineering experience, a bachelor's degree or qualifying military service, and an active or obtainable Secret clearance.
