Description
Sigma Defense is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Lead to oversee, coordinate, and execute mechanical maintenance, repair, and modification activities on complex systems associated with air-cushion vehicles, aircraft, or naval mechanical platforms. The role involves hands-on technical leadership, supervision of maintenance technicians, quality control, documentation, safety compliance, and use of the Navy 3-M Preventative Maintenance Program. This contingent position requires a U.S. citizen who can obtain an active Secret clearance or higher, with a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of related maintenance experience plus 5 years of supervisory experience. The job is based on an annual salary range of $55,000 to $80,000 and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance along with other benefits.
