Description

Sigma Defense is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst: Training Technical Assessments SME to serve as a technical subject matter expert for Navy C4I systems and conduct Technical Training Assessments at Navy training sites. The role evaluates training equipment, devices, materials, and technical data against operational Fleet configurations; identifies discrepancies and MPT impacts; develops assessment documentation and corrective-action recommendations; and supports NAVWAR acquisition and training programs. The position requires extensive systems-analysis and Navy C4I experience, a master's degree in system engineering or a related field, a Secret or higher security clearance, and U.S. citizenship. It is a contingent position pending contract award and offers an annual salary of $115,000 to $155,000 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
