The Level 4 EVM/Supply Chain Coordinator oversees Control Account Manager and Release-Train Engineer earned-value activities, serves as the central hub for professional-services procurement and supply-chain operations, and supports supplier relationships, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, SOW administration, data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional escalation. The role requires U.S. citizenship, 10 years of relevant experience, earned-value and professional-services procurement experience, Agile and IMS knowledge, supply-chain expertise, and advanced Excel skills.
