Road Ranger is hiring a First Assistant Manager for its Sonora, Texas truck stop or travel plaza. Reporting to the General Manager, the role supports overall store operations, customer service, employee supervision, store standards, inventory management, merchandising, and sales and profit maximization. The position pays $16 to $18 per hour and includes health, dental, and vision insurance, weekly pay, bonus potential, retirement matching, life insurance, paid vacation, paid parental leave, and disability insurance.
