Road Ranger is hiring a First Assistant Manager in Dixon, Illinois, to support the General Manager in directing and coordinating truck stop or travel plaza operations. The role includes customer service, employee supervision, adherence to store standards, inventory management, merchandising, and sales and profit maximization, with the First Assistant Manager assuming responsibility for the location when the General Manager is absent.
