BELECTRIC is hiring a full-time, permanent 1st Level Support OT Workplace specialist in Kolitzheim, Germany. The role serves as the central contact for IT and OT workplace issues, handles phone, written, and in-person support requests, resolves operating-system and application problems through remote support, email, or telephone, manages Jira tickets, documents solutions in Confluence, and supports administrative IT tasks. The position requires an IT specialist qualification or comparable training, knowledge of O365, Azure Active Directory, Windows, and Intune, strong German and English skills, willingness to travel up to 15%, and a Class B driver’s license.
