Description
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating an assigned machine on a production line, programming and checking the machine, meeting production and efficiency targets, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and following GMP and related regulations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior food-production experience, technical problem-solving ability, and knowledge of GMP, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations. The work is performed in a cold production environment and involves standing for seven or more hours, handling cold and wet product, lifting up to 70 pounds, and performing repetitive hand and arm motions.
