Description
The First Press Operator safely sets up and operates a conventional, sheet-feed printing press, directs the print crew, maintains print quality and production efficiency, monitors color and ink/water balance, documents production and downtime, and supports training and continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of experience operating a large-format, sheet-fed conventional press, folding-carton industry experience, basic computer skills, mechanical ability, and English communication skills. It is a third-shift, five-day, eight-hour position at the Mansfield plant.
