The 1st Shift Assembler assembles metal fabrication components into finished products according to instructions and blueprints, inspects assemblies for defects, operates hand tools and machinery safely, maintains a clean work area, and collaborates with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds; previous assembly or manufacturing experience and familiarity with hand tools, machinery, quality control, and safety protocols are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
