Phoenix Stamping is hiring a 1st-shift Metal Stamping Press Operator to operate hand-operated metal stamping presses and perform assembly duties. The role includes reviewing job travelers and part drawings, conducting quality checks, completing production paperwork, operating material-handling equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. The position pays $15.50 per hour and offers piece-rate production bonuses, quarterly profit sharing, and medical benefits after 30 days. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is required; previous manufacturing experience is preferred, and the employee must be able to lift 25 pounds, stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, and have reliable transportation.
