Phoenix Stamping is hiring a 1st-shift Metal Stamping Line Operator for a 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM shift, paying $20.00 per hour with piece-rate eligibility and quarterly profit sharing. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and involves setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting automated metal stamping lines and presses; performing quality checks; maintaining dies and equipment; handling materials; and recording production data. The posting requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, two years of experience, metal stamping press experience, setup and changeover experience, overhead crane loading experience, shop-measuring-tool experience, blueprint-reading ability, and basic equipment maintenance skills.
