Nesco Resource is hiring a 1st-shift Operator-EP in Bethel, Connecticut for a Monday-Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM schedule. The role is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a Medical Device Assembly Technician who will form and assemble small medical device components, follow work instructions, set up and adjust equipment, maintain quality and safety standards, and keep the work area organized. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while microscope and precision-measuring-tool experience is preferred; the position pays $19 per hour and includes medical, vision, dental, 401K, and EAP benefits.
