Description
The Hand Labor (Assembly) role supports nonspecialized work in a corrugated box plant, reporting to the Press / Finishing Supervisor. Duties include following instructions, working as a crew helper, maintaining a clean work area, maximizing piece-rate speed, lifting up to 50 pounds, completing production, safety, and quality reports, maintaining equipment, and switching duties as needed. The position works the first shift Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed, and requires physical activity including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, and crawling.
