Techmer PM is hiring a 1st Shift Machine Operator for its Wichita, Kansas facility. The role operates manufacturing equipment to produce plastic compounds, follows safety procedures, monitors process measurements, and troubleshoots equipment. The position runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and pays $18.00 per hour plus experience-based increases. A high school diploma or GED is required, while two years of manufacturing experience and extrusion experience are preferred; the role also requires the ability to lift 55 pounds frequently and learn plant equipment.
