Description
AriensCo is hiring motivated and experienced 1st shift Machine Operators to operate and monitor fabrication equipment such as brake presses, lasers, and automated presses. The role involves safe machine operation, blueprint reading, part verification with gauges, paperwork, TPM tasks, and assisting team members to meet production goals. The position is based on a Monday-Thursday 4:30 AM to 3:00 PM schedule with occasional Fridays, starts at $18/hour, offers strong benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one, and explicitly requires U.S. work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.
